Shipping Policy

Items ordered through AlluringContours.net are shipped UPS, Fed Ex, or USPS. A street address is required for delivery. Merchandise will be delivered standard ground transportation, which takes 7-10 business days. You may request express delivery, which takes 2-3 business days, for an additional charge. Processing time for in stock items is approximately 2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Delivery times do not include processing time.
At this time Alluring Contours only ships merchandise to the U.S. Canada and Puerto Rico. Additional charges will be applied to merchandise shipped to Alaska and Hawaii.
Express shipping is not available for P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses.

Return Policy

Alluring Contours ensures that you will be satisfied with your purchase. However, should you decide the merchandise is not satisfactory, Alluring Contours’ return policy is stated below:

Credits or charges due will be issued to the original credit card.  Special order items qualify for a store credit only. Also, please note that if you choose to mail the merchandise back, you will be responsible for the postage. We recommend that you insure the package and ship via a traceable method. No refunds are given on shipping and handling charges. Personalized items cannot be returned. Please allow (10) business days for your return/exchange to be processed.

If you request a replacement item of equal or lesser value, there is no charge to ship the item to you. However, if you would like to upgrade your shipping method or purchase additional items, you are responsible for the cost of the additional items and shipping charges. If the exchange is of lesser value, we will need permission to credit your credit card for the original order and place a new order.

In the unlikely event that we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise or you received damaged merchandise, please notify us immediately. We will reimburse you for the cost of returning the package to us, and we will not charge you for the shipping costs of replacement merchandise.

Alluring Contours will issue a refund or merchandise credit, at the customer's choice, when each of the following conditions has been met:

1.    The merchandise must be returned within thirty (30) calendar days of purchase; and
2.    The merchandise must be in its original, unused condition unless there is a manufacturer's defect; and
3.    The merchandise must be accompanied by either the original Alluring Contours Receipt.
